JOB SUMMARY

The Incentive Operations Consultant under the leadership of the Incentives Director will be responsible for strategy, support, and development of a champion dealership incentive support process. With the vision to increase GST's internal operational incentive efficiencies in order to maximize dealership efficiencies, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Developing and executing an effective internal CRM process and dealership incentive support in order to drive exceptional support to the GST dealers and field team. In addition, obtaining in depth knowledge of industry trends, market assessments, competitive positioning to enhance organizational value and communicate them to key stakeholders/executives. While coordinating TMS/GST monthly new vehicle incentive programs and TMS Dealer Travel Contests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Providing support and management of the GST Incentives phone line and email inquiries from our dealer partners.
  2. Providing high level support that is timely and of the highest quality to our dealers and field team for incentive inquiries while utilizing iPlus.
  3. Manage the development and execution of an effective/seamless CRM process.
  • Determine operational gaps and opportunities to improve dealership customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to determine dealer inquiry requests where incentive operational efficiencies can decrease dealer inquiry trends.
  • Front line insight on incentive inquiries that present potential operational gap opportunities to work with the team.
    1. Enhancing organizational value and communication to key stakeholders.
  • Creating and communicating professional and accurate dealer incentive payout reports for field team members.
  • Responsible for managing data from various internal and external partners.
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as needed for a variety of business cases.
    1. Provide feedback and input on departmental procedures for the Incentives Department Procedures Manual to ensure business continuity.
    2. Communicate TMNA/GST monthly new vehicle incentive programs for TMNA Dealer Travel Contests:
      • Reconcile earnings reports and ensure parameters in TMNA incentives system is consistent with the GST approved program.
      • Ensure timely and accurate payment of Customer Cash payments marked for direct payment to customers.
      • Perform monthly Incentive program analysis (APR/Lease markings) matching, contest close and program finalization reconciliations.
      • Coordinate MCB approvals with dealers for final month-end submissions.
  1. Interface with TMNA, TFS, and other key internal partners to establish and maintain GST's position as a leader in incentive operations effectiveness and support both internally and externally.
  2. Participate in and/or support project and process improvement teams to collaborate with co-workers and GST leaders to leverage knowledge and experience for improved processes and procedures.
  3. Assist with report generation and forecast analysis as requested.
  4. Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.
  5. Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Identify opportunities through data analysis and Field/Management input.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and relate to people.
  • Ability to teach and facilitate learning.
  • Dealer and field focused: be able to execute strong leadership and support to our dealers and field.
  • Flexibility and inclusiveness in a Team-Oriented environment.
  • Must have excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paces, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and GST Incentive System.
  • A self-directed team player who can interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day; and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
