Description Acara Solutions is seeking Maintenance/Equipment Technicians to join our client located in Tolleson, AZ on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26-$32 per hour DOE Hours: 40/week Benefits: 401(k) Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Health Savings Account Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to prevent breakdowns. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Complete preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan. Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize urgent tasks, and troubleshoot problems. Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment. Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs and upgrades. Repair or replace defective parts and components.
