Molec Imaging Theranostic Ctr The Molecular Imaging and Theranostics Center (MITC) is a university-wide resource for developing radiopharmaceutical-based diagnostic imaging and therapeutic agents. MITC is a hub of shared resources for in vivo imaging in small animal models. MITC supports the needs of investigators at MU, the UM System, and beyond who wish to incorporate state-of-the-art in vivo imaging to advance their research. Job Description
MITC at the University of Missouri is seeking a Senior Scientist. This position will report to the Director of MITC. The primary purpose of this position is to be a principal scientist on projects related to molecular imaging and therapy of various diseases. This person will train students and postdocs at MITC on biological assays and flow cytometry experiments to test the compounds they have synthesized and radiolabeled. Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM with some planned adjustments to schedule as needed Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year Benefit Eligibility
