In particular, we are recruiting for a consultant-minded technologist who is comfortable with driving change. These adaptable individuals must be solid problem solvers, with proven ability to operate and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, all the while meeting our meet high-quality standards. Demonstrated desire to learn and develop professionally are crucial ingredients to this role. The Tech Lead plays a critical role on our development team, responsible for building and supporting enterprise-grade software systems. This senior-level position spans all phases of the Application Lifecycle, from design to delivery, requiring demonstrated leadership skills and extensive software development experience. This is a highly hands-on role, where you will actively contribute to designing, developing, and deploying solutions while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.In this role, you'll be part of a company that is heavily focused on incorporating AI-driven solutions, offering exposure to data engineering and modern platforms such as Databricks. This position provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of application development, advanced data technologies, and cutting-edge business strategies.

As a IT Tech Lead - Software you will:

• Provide Technical Leadership: Guide development efforts by making critical decisions on application design, delivery, scalability, and performance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and Implement Solutions: Design, implement, and support integrated solutions to address complex technical and business challenges.
• Mentor and Coach: Guide team members on best practices, optimizing team performance, and driving results.
• Communicate Effectively: Clearly articulate complex ideas both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field with 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area or possess an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience in enterprise-grade software systems and complex business environments is highly valued.
• Technical Experience:
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented principles, web/cloud-based applications, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, JSON, and RESTful Web Services. Familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Strong experience with event-driven architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of database programming concepts with hands-on experience in MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM frameworks.
• Soft Skills:
• Manages complexity in order to effectively find solutions and solves problems.

Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements
20% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
