Job Title: Data Analyst Location(s): Mclean, VA Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to developer productivity and the use of AI coding assistants. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for developer productivity. Conduct data exploration and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to usage of developer productivity metrics and tools. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Design and implement experiments to measure the effectiveness of AI coding assistants on developer productivity. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data collection and analysis. Stay updated with the latest developments in data analytics and AI technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Previous experience working with same client preferred Proven experience in performing statistical analysis using complex data and metrics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and their impact on software development processes. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
