We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Client Insight & Innovations team in our Asset Servicing business. This role is located in New York, NY - Hybrid Schedule. Responsibilities: * Develop extensive knowledge of BNY's capabilities both within Asset Servicing and more broadly across the enterprise * Assist with complex solution design for prospective and existing clients, in partnership with key business partners such as Client Coverage, Product and Operations * Help in the management of strategic initiatives, including senior management and stakeholder updates, running steerco's and tracking deliverables across multiple teams * Thought leadership, with a focus on how innovation and technology can influence the future of financial services * Help in the management and development of external partnerships with key strategic platform providers * Partner with Client Coverage teams globally to define value creation, create go to market material and strategies, prospect clients and help in complex deal lifecycle Qualifications and skills: * Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.3-5 years of total work experience preferred. * Financial Services experience with a particular client type or product (Hedge, Pension, etc.) preferred as is prior experience in a related customer-facing role, Sales Support, Global Capital Markets or Product Management. * A good understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape and industry drivers in the relevant region is preferred. * Innovative mindset, focused on forward thinking solutions * Detail oriented, ideally with experience in management complex projects, or program management experience * Proven track record in time management, ability to interact with senior management and high quality presentation skills At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
