As a Steel Processing Associate, you'll play a key role in our steel coil manufacturing process, supporting machine operations, ensuring quality, and helping us deliver top-tier products to the automotive industry. You have an opportunity to earn a quarterly profit sharing payout that averages $6,000-$10,000 a year. Overtime pay: Time and a half after 40 hours, double time after 48 hours $180 boot allowance Full tuition reimbursement + $5,000 adoption benefit Free coffee & hot drinks, on-site barbershop, and fitness center Paid vacation + 11 paid holidays What You'll Do: Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production Load/unload materials and assist with packaging Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures Support machine operators and complete required documentation Maintain a clean, safe work environment What We're Looking For: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively Basic math skills and attention to detail Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed A team player with a positive attitude Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7am-3pm (OT: 5am-3pm) 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm (OT: 3pm-1am) 3^rd Shift: 11pm-7am Saturday OT scheduled in advance Important Note: All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and Background Check as part of the hiring process.
