A Brief Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with clients and HR colleagues to develop and execute sourcing strategies to produce a diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future workforce needs for specific roles as assigned. This role will recruit for the following areas: Administrative roles within the Practice Plans, Access Services (Main and KOPH), Patient Service Representatives (Care Network-Primary, Specialty and Urgent) and administrative roles within the Care Network.
What you will do
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with hiring managers and HR Teams. Develops understanding of enterprise business segments and client areas with support from Talent Acquisition Leadership.
- Recruits and sources for actual and projected high volume positions using traditional and creative approaches including but not limited to job postings, internet postings, advertisements, professional networking, sourcing, cold calling, data mining, attendance at job fairs, conferences, colleges and universities, attendance at professional associations and events.
- Participates in sourcing strategy development; consults with hiring managers throughout the full lifecycle of the candidate experience. Consults with hiring managers on qualification, interviewing techniques, and hiring processes.
- Use data and key performance indicators to inform work.
- Participates in TA programs, process improvement initiatives and reporting activities.
- Exhibits emerging relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate persuasively, build credibility, and interpret verbal and non-verbal behavior.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, enterprise policies and procedures.
- Participates in enterprise, HR and unit-based activities as assigned.
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED Required
Experience Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of Talent Acquisition experience Required
- At least three (3) years talent acquisition experience Preferred
- Previous experience working with common tools, processes and applications used in full life-cycle recruiting (i.e. applicant tracking systems (ATS), social networking and recruiting, CRM etc.) Preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and at levels of the enterprise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral/written skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment and be flexible to changing workflow demands.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
