Job Summary:

The Solutions Architect is responsible for the design and implementation of projects related to the technical needs of the company. Compensation starts at $55K/year but is commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Recommends solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
  • Installs revised or new systems by proposing specifications and flowcharts; recommending optimum access techniques; coordinating installation requirements.
  • Configure complex software implementations with customized criteria tailored to the company.
  • Identifies data security threats and recommends and/or provides solutions for data security.
  • Facilitate and/or program import and export routines to exchange data with appropriate systems and parties
  • Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company software
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Project management
  • Ability to proactively seek resolutions to the company's ever-changing technology needs

Required Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
  • Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in solution architecture
  • Preferred: IT certifications
  • Preferred: Prior experience in building solutions in Workday
