Job Summary:

The Network Administrator will manage and maintain company network servers and troubleshoot and repair issues as needed relating to the network infrastructure. Compensation starts at $55K/year but commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and maintain all servers and server applications
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
  • Manage helpdesk operations
  • Hire and train new helpdesk personnel
  • Monitor and approve all telecommunication invoices company wide
  • Coordinate and facilitate issue resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company software
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of company infrastructure
  • Ability to proactively seek resolutions to the company's ever-changing technology needs

Required Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
  • Preferred: Previous networking experience
  • Preferred: IT certifications
