  • Ownership of raw material, specification flow-down, and production operations documentation included controlled processes and frozen planning controls systems.
  • The incumbent will manage the cost estimates, the cost estimation process, supplier quotations all to meet the long-term financial goals of the Product Management.
  • Drive and embrace collaboration and partnership with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing and Product
  • Maintain a continuous improvement (LEAN) mindset to achieve Zero Defects through product and process robustness.
  • Support the NPI production team with implementation of cost reduction initiatives to improve quality, process performance and achieve the product target cost.
  • Develop and transition a fully documented, validated, and cost-efficient product/process to full-scale production through cross-functional collaboration and functional ownership.
