Your Responsibilities as Project Manager / Senior Stormwater Engineer: * Support Division growth team to develop stormwater inspection, compliance, and engineering opportunities throughout the Carolinas while supporting existing program opportunities across the East Group. * Develop and implement stormwater business development plan in coordination with Division leadership that capitalizes on Apex's existing client relationships, national program managers, and your existing professional network. * Routine project managing functions such as project scoping and cost estimating, budget tracking, project team development, successful project deliver on schedule and budget. * Coordinate project activities with client personnel * Serve as primary contact for internal and external inquiries * Write and review technical reports and proposals. * Identify and develop new hires * Supervise and train project staff. * Ensure safe performance of project work. * Support projects throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. * Actively develop your own career growth.
