Onsite Financial Analyst needed for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Clara, California.
Pay rate: $70-$80 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:
- The Financial Analyst will be the lead OPEX support for the Core Products Group
- Support the following Business Units: CVD, PVD, SEU & YTG.
- The analyst will drive the financial and planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities and apply conceptual and practical financial expertise to establish and standardize business processes, address complex business problems, and drive profitable growth.
- This person will proactively work with key business partners across the company's finance organization to understand and help further develop reports and processes that are both efficient and can scale with the company's growth.
- Capable of digesting financial information and translating into actionable insight and leading / proposing solutions for business partners
- Brings knowledge of budgeting and accounting practices to help drive the forecasting and analysis of planned investments with standardized processes
- Curious and interested in learning about technology & products and applying that knowledge to decision making
- Effectively work and communicate within cross functional teams and across finance organizations
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Leads the business unit's global OPEX & Capital budget and forecast submissions, tying investments back to technology and customer roadmaps.
- Drives reporting and analysis deliverables such as: close, quarterly business reviews, AOP and forecast cycles, with a specific focus on operating expenses, headcount and capital.
- Consolidates Business Financial Summaries & Reports for management reviews
- Interacts as a direct business partner with operations executives, delivering analysis and recommendations to guide operational and financial decisions.
- Actively identifies areas for process improvements or corrections, establish implementation plan, and communicate change management to all required stakeholders
- Supports the development of top-level modeling and analytics for ad hoc requests and for use in sizing operations or business activity in support of strategic discussions.

- Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or related field
- 3-7 Years of Relevant Experience
- Experience with SAP & BPC ERP System, Tableau or Power BI a plus
