The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java support engagements, to own and drive end to end delivery of manager services. This role requires excellent project management skills the ability to work cross-functionally and a focus on delivering high-quality results that align with our company's goals. Role: Service Delivery Manager (onsite) Responsibilities: Service delivery manager for support engagement, strong Java background to own and drive end to end delivery of manager services Expected to come with strong support background (incident/SR/problem management/RCA) Manage client stakeholders at Director/Sr Director levels, handle escalations, publish action plans, track items to closure Drive critical issue triage calls, communications Drive service improvements - automation / elimination / left shift Strong communication skills (written/verbal), ability to articulate business impacts Ability to drive the team in a demanding environment, strict SLA, handling platinum tier applications Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience to lead and oversee complex projects Ability to drive the team in a demanding environment strict SLA handling platinum tier applications Apply knowledge of merchandising to enhance project outcomes and deliver solutions that meet business needs. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
