Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 6:40AM - 3:10PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. The surgical team at UW Health performs more than 12,500 inpatient and 8,000 outpatient and 5,000 pediatric inpatient/outpatient procedures each year. Their expertise spans 17 medical specialties. Bring your administrative expertise to help support this amazing surgical team! We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: Work in Outpatient OR Create and maintain schedules for departmental staff including communicating with the leadership team to ensure appropriate staffing. Facilitate CPR/ACLS courses for department. Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents.
