RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Courier to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a courier, you will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of medical records. Responsible for becoming familiar with the location of offices and regular delivery route; must be able to maneuver safely through city traffic.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(70%) Medical Record Pick-Up & Delivery

• Uses personal vehicle or company car to pick up and deliver medical records and other packages and reports to Company centers, referring physician offices and other customer offices in the local market area as required

(25%) Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinates file retrieval at offsite storage facilities
• Performs duties in compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations
• Maintains accurate record of deliveries and pick-ups in accordance with company protocol
• Performs accurate and timely documentation of image requests/updates in Radiologic Information System (RIS)
• Adheres to company's dress code and appearance regulations
• Complies with company's non-compete, secrecy and confidentiality agreements

(5%) Completes other duties as assigned

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• High school graduate or GED
• Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance
• Spotless driving record for the last three years- clear of DUI

Preferred:

• Previous courier experience
