What You Will Do:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support for administrative and analytical activities of the Talent Acquisition team. Coordinates the administrative responsibilities related to all applicable post-offer candidate contingencies including but not limited to: background screening, drug screens, DOT compliance checks, and medical physicals. Support the employment function to ensure the employment process and record keeping responsibilities are achieved. Coordinates the job posting process both internally and externally, Manages the administrative aspects of candidate communications including: pre-employment screens, travel arrangements, offer and rejection correspondence, and candidate expense reimbursements. Liaison to internal customers (recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, HRIS, Training Department, Field Analysis & Planning) and external customers (candidates, vendors, universities). Manages special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or Human Resources Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships Must project poise and confidence Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge and experience using Workday Experience with Drug and Alcohol programs Experience with Background programs
