Senior Director, Finance - AOMS

The Senior Director, Finance - (AOMS) Business unit will direct financial activities of the Americas Outage & Maintenance Services business of ~$1bn in annual revenue. As the Senior Director, Finance (AOMOS) you will be required towork a Mobile Work Schedule with 2-3 days work at our Cranberry Township, PA or Madison, PA office locations.

Your Day to Day:

• Responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization including controlling its financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles and standards
• Serve as business Partner and strategic advisor to Americas OMS President & leadership team. Advise management on all financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization; provide expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports and guide the on their financial responsibilities for planning, forecasting, cost control, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and investments
• Drive business results through financial reporting, analysis and operational expertise; analyze the organization's P&L and Balance Sheet to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position; evaluating and recommending investments to meet cash flow needs;
• Adress complex business challenges that require extensive investigation and analysis. Present findings and recommendations to top executives. Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
• Own short to mid-term execution of functional strategy and the operational direction
• Manage and develop a Finance team led by Managers and Team Leaders
• Establish clear, documented operational and processes
• Lead initiatives associated with company business realignment and business growth

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a multinational company with project/services business as a finance leader responsible for profit and loss performance of the organization.
• CPA and/or MBA Preferred.
