Senior Clinical Trial Associate Category: Clinical Operations Employment Type: Contract To Hire Reference: BH-381184 The Clinical Trial Associate or Senior Clinical Trial Associate will be a key member of a small clinical development team that is implementing a number of early-stage clinical programs evaluating investigational therapeutic drugs for chronic diseases. The CTA will be responsible for the operational support of one or more clinical trials. This is a hybrid, temp-hire position requiring onsite 3 days a week in SoSF. Hourly rate: $35-44/hr Responsibilities: Support the operations of multiple clinical studies and activities of the Clinical Operations Department Maintain study trackers and filing of essential documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) Manage essential documents as required by local regulations and ICH GCP Support tracking and resolution of data queries and assist with tracking and responding to investigational site queries Schedule meetings and draft and finalize meeting minute documentation Route documents for review and approval. Track review status and assist in collecting and collating reviewers' comments Track laboratory samples Perform/support quality control review of clinical documents Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or RN degree is required. 1-2 years of clinical monitoring or clinical operations experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization In depth knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations related to clinical research, ICH GCP guidelines, and other applicable regulations and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with clinical trial management systems and data management tools Ability to adapt quickly, succeed in a team environment and learn new tasks independently Estimated Min Rate: $35.00 Estimated Max Rate: $44.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
