The Project Associate position will support select leaders and departments within revenue cycle through management of administrative functions and operational support. Implements and coordinates the activities of the designated project to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Collects and analyzes data, monitors and reports on progress, and prepares project reports. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Associates degree or equivalent in Economics/Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Finance, Healthcare administration or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 3 to 5 years of administrative, organizational management experience required. 3. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills required. 4. Strong computer and systems application skills. Has solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 5. Exhibits a customer-service orientation; anticipates, understands and addresses customer needs in a timely manner. 6. Works in a collaborative environment supporting multiple stakeholders.
