Responsibilities:* Cold call prospective customers in many different industries to build your book of business Generate business lead independently Manage existing shipper relationships Rate negotiation Track your booked freight to ensure superior service to our customers Maintain understanding of current market conditions Problem resolution Benefits: Hard working yet fun environment Great employee longevity internally Excellent base pay with the opportunity to earn great commission!
