Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Archbald, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Design arrangements of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout.
  • Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for fabricating tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.
  • Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
  • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
  • Inspects performance of machinery equipment and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
  • Develops manufacturing processes that apply to statistical process control and develop those techniques.
  • Guides engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to utilize the best equipment and manufacturing techniques, processes, and procedures to comply with regulations.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $51.59 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week (1st shift)

Length: Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Fabrication operations, including CNC Machining, Assembly, Painting, Plating, Welding, Production Control, and Quality Inspection.
