OverviewCloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Cloud Infrastructure Acquisition organization. CO+I is responsible for planning, building and operating Microsoft's cloud infrastructure datacenters across the globe. The organizational scope includes demand and supply planning, business operations and strategic acquisition across land, lease, power, and networking. To help us accelerate our growth objectives and transformation, we are looking for a program manager. Responsibilities Oversee the base infrastructure prepositioning workstream, ensuring collaboration among key stakeholders and maintaining data integrity and accuracy across all related activities.Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting system and tools to inform strategic decision-makingCollaborates with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules for multiple areasDefines success criteria and performance metrics for critical programsDemonstrate ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentLead data-driven initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure planning and operations, leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions that optimize resource allocation, improve operational performance, and support capacity forecastingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organizationEstablish and maintain practices for data governance, data quality, and data security within the cloud infrastructure organization, ensuring compliance with industry standardsDevelop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights to drive informed decision-makingEmbody our culture and values | |
