In this Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Cloud & AI Devices role, you will identify areas of business opportunity, improve the customer buying journey, and scale business growth with both new and existing Win365 customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Cloud & AI Devices, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance and Channel teams to create demand forecasting models and drive supply management in partnership with our device manufacturing teams. You will also drive the reseller engagements and programs as we grow this business across the hardware channel. You will lead key strategies and investments in outbound marketing as well as planning for future channel investments and programs in partnership with Go-to-Market (GTM) and device sales teams. This role is critical to connecting Windows Cloud experiences across Modern Work, Windows, and Azure product teams, as well as helping our customers learn about and adopt Windows 365. ResponsibilitiesCreate reseller partner strategy and programs, incentive plans and GTM engagement with Microsoft Windows 365 cloud sales teams. Partner with Device engineering, subsidiary sales, finance and supply chain to drive commercial demand and supply strategy across all stages of product lifecycle.Drive launch planning processes for new product launches, expansions, and key beat offers and provide supply chain teams with updates on marketing and promotional plans to ensure supply planning reflects the marketing strategy. Work with the business planning team to provide customer feedback into the product development process, facilitate collection and analysis of insights to support business planning process and work with supply chain to identify areas of excess inventory to target with additional promo or marketing support. Lead Worldwide Sales and Operations meetings to track the variance between plan and actual, recognize deals pipeline, give and get market insights, share supply outlook. Define experimentation opportunities, success metrics, measurement methodology, objectives & key results (OKRs), and investment roadmap for owned workstreams, driving ongoing improvements.Embody our Culture and Values
