Our client is seeking a highly-qualified, high-level Technical Writer to join their Learning & Development team that sits within their Corporate IT sector (BTS). As a Technical Writer, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality documentation to support AI and Digital Upskilling initiatives. This position involves significant collaboration across teams to enhance employee learning experiences and actively supports change management processes to ensure smooth technology and process transitions. We are seeking someone with a strong experience in technical writing, change management, and a passion for improving user comprehension. Breakdown of role includes: 70% Technical Writing, and 30% Change Management.
