We are seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Decision Support team at our HQ in Allentown, PA. The Corporate Decision Support team provides essential company-wide financial planning and analysis, identifying and effectively communicating critical insight used in leading the organization. As a key member of this team, the Corporate Decision Support Financial Analyst will create high visibility reports and analysis in support of Executive leadership and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, with strong business communication skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial statement reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to navigate Air Products' financial systems and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to think outside the box.
  • Effective communication skills a must.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide company-wide financial planning and analysis insight critical to leading the organization.
  • Drive effective and concise executive-level financial communication, which is clear, insightful, accurate and prompt.
  • Contribute to the quarterly earnings release process, supporting Executive leadership, Investor Relations, and external audiences.
  • Facilitate and support company-wide planning, budgeting, and reporting process.
  • Support strategy development, profitability improvement efforts, and process improvements across the organization.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience with a Finance, Accounting, or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • SAP knowledge a plus.
