OCM Consultant

Location:

Salary $70 - $90/hr

Duration: 3-month contract

About the role

We are currently seeking an OCM Consultant for our client in the Department of Defense industry.This position requires a passionate self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions, thrive working in both independently and in a team environment, as well as the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task.

  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to the customer using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem. Create Content using the Whatfix Studio Editor to help with the migration activities i.e., conversion of the UPK content to Whatfix
  • Developing Change Management Strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to support organizational change initiatives, including assessing impacts, identifying stakeholders, and designing communication and training plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with key stakeholders to build awareness, gain buy-in, and address concerns related to organizational changes, ensuring alignment and support throughout the change process.
  • Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to changes, fostering adoption and proficiency with new processes, systems, or technologies.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the progress of change initiatives, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and evaluating the effectiveness of change management strategies to make adjustments and ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.

What we're looking for

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and understand the purpose and requirements of the (PeopleSoft) application, processes, and user personas.
  • Have a strong learning appetite to become an expert on Whatfix Products through our Certification Programs
  • 5-10 years of experience in any of the following domains - Content Creation/Instructional Design/Technical Writing
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Ability to travel to Client locations as required
  • CAC Clearance is required*
