Visual/UX Designer at a glance...

You will lead and elevate our design and UX research efforts within the HR team, while playing a pivotal role in evolving our internal design system.

What's on the menu?
  • Define and execute research strategies that inform design decisions across the product lifecycle.

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B testing, etc.) to gather actionable insights about user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

  • Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform design direction, product roadmaps, and business strategy.

  • Champion the importance of user-centered design, helping the team consistently reframe challenges through the lens of the user's needs, pain points, and goals.

  • Act as a catalyst for new design styles and innovative thinking within the team, actively seeking out new design patterns, visual styles, and user interactions that elevate the product experience.

  • Ability to balance creativity with practical constraints, ensuring that design solutions are both groundbreaking and implementable within technical and business limitations.

  • I have experience in design, UX research, or a related field.

  • I have strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies.

  • I am proficient at creating user journey maps, information architectures, user flows, and other critical discovery documentation.

  • I have a proven track record of utilizing, evolving, and contributing to design systems at scale.

  • I have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clearly articulate research findings, design rationale, and strategy to diverse audiences.

  • I have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.

  • I am proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) with an emphasis on the creation of new creative assets outside of simple layouts.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$102,100.00 - $127,600.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
