ACS Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to drive continuous improvement of the ACS Group inventory management processes. In this role, you will lead a small team responsible for the organization's key inventory processes, from daily discrepancy cycle counting to driving sustainable solutions for recurring issues. Additionally, you will monitor the picking process while maintaining the integrity of our master data and assist in maintaining the PFEP database for optimal stocking levels, lead times, and inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all ABC efforts and the daily discrepancy Cycle Counting process
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies, assign root causes, and Pareto reoccurring issues to drive sustainable solutions
  • Analyze exception reports or usage variance to identify systemic inventory issues
  • Monitor the picking process to ensure accurate material issuance to WO, SO, and Outside processing
  • Assist in the maintenance of the PFEP database
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all material transactions
  • Conduct data analysis to recommend optimal configuration levels, lead times, and component holding strategies
  • Evaluate stock levels for specific SKUs based on historical use and forecasting
  • Ensure all procedures for Syteline transactions are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain and report inventory KPIs for location and dollar accuracy by ABC classifications



Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent 3-5 years of experience analyzing inventory data
  • 2+ years of proven team leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experienced using ERP/MRP systems to plan and manage manufacturing processes, including how to schedule production, manage inventory, and organize the materials needed for production across multiple plants
  • Experience with ERP/MRP software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact and influence members of other functional areas
