Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $12 per hour

Monogrammer Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize materials for monogramming, including selecting appropriate fabrics and thread colors.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and make recommendations for improvements if necessary.
• Operate monogramming machines and equipment with precision.
• Ensure the proper setup and calibration of machines for each job.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues with equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Coordinate with other team members, such as sales and production staff, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

Requirements:

• At least one year of proven experience as a Monogramming Specialist or similar role.
• Strong design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of different fabrics, threads, and monogramming materials.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 pounds.
