The Senior Manager, FP&A Global Process Owner (GPO) will provide visionary leadership to design, build, and deploy a world class process strategy and standards for our global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization. In partnership with FP&A and Finance leadership, this role will be pivotal in shaping the FP&A operating model and end-to-end process ownership that will enable optimal process and technology to support our evolving business needs. The GPO is a strategic leadership role on the FBS Operational Excellence team driving transformational change, innovation, and strategic alignment across the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end FP&A global process, providing strategic direction to define, build, and deploy process strategy to drive operational excellence

  • Build the long-term strategy, contribute to the overall organizational design and footpring, and rebranding of the FP&A organization (BDS teams)

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized FP&A processes, methodologies, and best practices across all FP&A teams (BDS teams)

  • Ensure consistent application of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes throughout the organization

  • Establish, update and enforce global FP&A policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Strategic Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize FP&A processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic business objectives

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, AI opportunities, streamlining, and integration of technology solutions

  • Develop and execute FP&A roadmap and lead transformation projects using the FBS Operational Excellence toolkits and framework to deliver process improvements and technology solutions

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive FP&A process maps, RASCI, and roadmap

  • Collaborate with FP&A leadership and teams to gather feedback and implement ongoing process improvements

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • 15+ years of Finance, Business or related experience with progressive leadership impact

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and demonstrated knowledge in complex financial modeling required

  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field

  • Proven strategic influencing, collaboration, communication and execution skills

  • Ability to navigate, partner, and provide thought leadership to a large, global organization

  • Expertise in articulating and translating business needs and strategy to simplify, streamline, automate, and improve processes and technology

  • Forward-thinking change agent willing to challenge status quo and drive both process strategy and technology opportunities forward

  • Experience implementing technology solutions, process enhancements, and/or continuous improvement activities

  • Excels at managing complexity and ambiguity and demonstrates a high degree of initiative to act independently without constant direction
