You Are: You are an experienced and dynamic Ethics & Compliance attorney with a passion forbuilding and administering best-in-class corporate compliance programs. Youare fluent in Mandarin Chinese and havea comprehensive understanding of the complexities of compliance within theAsia Pacific (APAC)region. Youpossesssound judgment and excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with internal and external parties. Your pragmatic mindset helps you balance legal requirements with businessobjectives, ensuring effective and efficient compliance solutions. Your extensive experience includes conducting internal investigations, managing Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) programs, and responding to governmental inquiries.
