What You Will Learn: As a Talent Services Specialist at L'Oreal USA, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle while collaborating with teams across various business units. You will be empowered to create a thrilling experience for each prospective employee from application to onboarding. The qualified individual will do this by being on the front lines of the candidate experience, maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR teams. You'll also develop expertise in HR systems, pre-employment screening compliance, and process improvement, contributing to a more efficient and engaging hiring experience for all.
