JOB SUMMARY The Integration & ERP Development Lead will be dual responsibility technical leader, overseeing the technical planning, development, and execution of the company's integration strategy, as well as maintaining legacy custom developments on our ERP Systems. It is a "hands on" technical lead and people leader for a team of developers focused on delivering objectives in our Integration and ERP platforms. The lead will manage demand from both business project requests and IT strategic demand intended to proactively prepare for future business needs. They will own the technical roadmap for the Application Integration and Oracle/SAP ERP teams, including forecasting of new technologies, business projects, and management of technical debt. They will achieve this through collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain application integrations using our Informatica middleware platform and custom code on connected systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, etc.). Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of distributed developers supporting our Integration and ERP systems (Informatica, SAP, Oracle).
- Facilitate periodic Informatica patching cycles and secure agent upgrades.
- Oversee incident management activities related to the Integrations and ERP custom development.
- Establish development and documentation standards across the Integration and ERP development teams.
- Lead development execution using an Agile methodology.
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt within the Application Integration and ERP teams.
- Perform technical reviews and approvals on Integration and ERP system changes in the IT change management system.
- Establish and oversee Integration and ERP Development change control policies, ensuring technical change controls align to corporate standards and requirements.
- Serve as the first point of technical escalations for Integration and ERP custom code issues.
- Provide project management input to IT Project Managers.
- Provide hands-on development contributions to integration systems.
- Onboard and oversee 3rd party development contributions to our integration platform.
- Work alongside DevOps engineers to build and support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
- Design and build data integration automation between IT Platforms and technologies.
- Establish and be accountable for Integration and ERP team project commitments.
- Provide recommendations on the use of new processes, tools, and solutions in alignment with the organization's application integration strategy.
- Keep abreast of data technology trends, techniques, and innovations in the areas of Data Management, Data Integrations, and DevOps.
- Oversee the implementation of new integrations between IT Platforms and technologies.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Administrators, Architects, and other Developers on large scale projects.
- Maintain the Source Code Repositories used by the Integration and ERP teams (DevOps Git Repos and Subversion).
- Represent IT in high level design/requirement sessions with business users and propose feasible solutions.
- Recommend, within departmental policy, appropriate service and staffing levels and be responsible for team performance measurement, conducting performance reviews, and for hiring and firing decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in CS, MIS, or similar field of study required
- Masters Degree in CS, MIS or MBA preferred
- 3 + years Experience combined experience leading technical data automation projects, either as a technical lead or people leader
- 8+ years Total programming experience out of which 5 years combined development experience should be in data automation development using tools and technologies like:
- ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, FiveTran, Matillion)
- Oracle EBS (PLSQL scripts, ADF, Oracle Databases, Oracle Reports).
- Salesforce Platform (Apex Classes, Triggers, Declarative development features)
- SAP BAPI Development
- Open-source data transformation and extraction tools (Python, dbt, etc.)
- 5 + years Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS) using multiple integration patterns such as: SOAP/REST web services, Public APIs, Batch processes, Real-time Integrations, XML File exchanges, IDoc file exchanges.
- 4+ years Experience working through all phases of the software development lifecycle (Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Deployment, etc.).
- 5+ years experience working with RDBMS technologies (Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server, Snowflake)
- 3+ years Experience managing Git-based code repositories
- 3+ years Experience building or supporting CI/CD Pipelines
- 2+ years Knowledge of data integration disciplines of messaging (ESB) for real-time data propagation, service-oriented architecture (SOA) for information sharing, and extract, transfer and load (ETL) for data staging
- 1+ years Working with Salesforce object data models, metadata, and data sets.
- 4+ years Experience developing ABAP customizations in SAP or PLSQL customizations in Oracle EBS.
- 2+ years Experience working with standard and custom schemas within Oracle EBS
- 1+ years Experience working with data security models in Oracle EBS, SAP, and Salesforce.com
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.
- Able to operate in a regulated environment.
- Experience providing effort estimates as part of large scale project planning.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Understanding of security and data protection best practices in cloud architecture.
- Experience integrating data to/from the Salesforce platform.
- Experience extracting data, calling web services on the Oracle SOA Gateway, and leveraging custom APIs on Oracle R12
- Experience extracting data, working with RFCs/BAPIs, and interfacing with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience interfacing with data using middleware tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.)
- Experience working with development deployments using CI/CD pipelines
- Highly organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience developing custom Oracle PLSQL programs.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach developers.
- Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate direction and prioritization of technical activities to internal and 3rd party teams.
