Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. currently has an opening for the position of MyHR Specialist within the MyHR team. MyHR is the face of HR to employees and managers providing employee support, HR subject matter expertise and execution of HR Operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience. This role is based out of Allentown, PA, at our global headquarters; hybrid work schedules are available.

The MyHR Specialist is an employee facing role performing a variety of duties related to program administration as well as HRIS system focus. Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining employee records (particularly related to medical benefits and leaves of absence) in Workday and SAP for the U.S. employee population.

• Maintaining and troubleshooting file integrations with vendors related to benefits and leaves of absence (MMA, Reliance Matrix and others add needed).

• Participating in new program or policy change implementation from a systems and vendor perspective.

• Troubleshooting and resolving pay issues related to benefits and leaves of absence.

• Various day-to-day responsibilities related to benefits including customer services to employees, interactions with vendors and the HR COEs.

This position is ideal for the candidate who enjoys detailed case analysis, and provides a balance of employee customer service and system troubleshooting. Qualifications include:

• 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, leave and benefits preferred

• Superior customer care and focus in a Human Resources setting

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)

• Positive "can do" attitude; Adaptable to change, Process focused

• Ability to work independently (a self-starter) in a fast-paced team environment across a variety of functions.

• Superior organization skills, the ability to prioritize

• Confidentiality and integrity are a must

• Workday and/or SAP experience

• Skills in the Microsoft software suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)

• The ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
