Blue Yonder Title: VP, Services Sales

Location: Virtual within the US

Overview

Blue Yonder is seeking a VP, Services Sales to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of our Services portfolio, with a focus on customer success, value realization and engagement. You will work closely with the SaaS Sales, Services Delivery, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute on account strategies that maximize customer value and drive Services and SaaS revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead and drive the growth of the services sales effort, with a focus on customer success and engagement
  • Lead your Sales team on strategies to create and execute on account strategies that maximize customer value and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with SaaS Sales, Services Delivery, and Customer Success teams to drive customer value, retention and maximize revenue value
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the Industry of your customers
  • Drive Pipeline generation efforts, and manage and exceed bookings and revenue targets in your segment
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory for the services sales team

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or related roles
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a sales organization
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the supply chain software market
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 with a variable commission component.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
