What You'll Do: As a Molding Machine Setup Technician, you'll play a critical role in our production process by ensuring our injection molding equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include: Installing molds into injection molding machines based on the production schedule. Setting up waterlines, hydraulics, valve gates, and auxiliary equipment. Removing molds once jobs are complete and conducting daily upkeep for high-running molds. Monitoring equipment performance and promptly addressing any issues. Assisting with troubleshooting machine alarms during production. Cleaning, tagging, and storing molds when not in use. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment. What We're Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in machine setup or operating in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Working knowledge of molding and processing techniques. Ability to understand engineering blueprints and tolerance criteria (a bonus!). Knowledge of metrology and measuring equipment (nice to have!). Why Join Staffmark? The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
