This role involves setting up tooling and downstream equipment, starting production lines, and supporting extrusion operations under the guidance of the Team Leader or Supervisor. We have multiple shift times available to meet your work-life balance needs; choose the best option! Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour Shifts Available: A Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Essential Function:
Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with basic math and measuring skills and 1-2 years of experience in extrusion or manufacturing. Candidates must be able to read instructions, utilize measuring tools, operate a forklift, and handle warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and proactive in adhering to safety regulations. Must be flexible with overtime, have reliable transportation, and be able to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
