Position: Shift Lead (6p-6a)
Location:Hartselle, AL Plug Plant Shift: Day Shift Wage: $32.63 Job Summary: The shift leader position will be responsible for supervising approximately 20-30 employees on their assigned shift. This person will be required to know all aspects of the plug making process including quality standards and regulations. The individual in this role must have excellent communication skills as well as organizational skills. They must also possess basic math and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy is required. Knowledge of ISO requirements pertaining to quality management systems is essential.
