Summary:

The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.

Responsibilities:

* Join the Business Operations team

* Work closely with Wallet marketing team to execute on CRM marketing operations to support broader Wallet marketing strategy and activities

* Support all required internal processes as it relates to the team's back-end finance, legal, and marketing operations

* Support any ad-hoc needs for cross-functional Wallet projects

* Collaborate with key internal teams across client portfolio including Procurement and Finance

* Collaborate with Wallet Product and Business Development teams to track business needs and ensure operational efficiency

* Responsible for daily activities such as expense, contract, and invoice processing

Requirements:

* BA/BS required;

* 4+ years of experience in business operations, business support

* Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

* Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required

* Must be task driven and have the ability to manage to key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency with Excel and PPT

* Korean language proficiency a plus however, not required
