Do you have one year of customer service experience in the logistics industry? Staffmark is hiring an experienced Customer Service Dispatcher in Jurupa Valley, CA. Pay: $19 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:



  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatched loads, including updates on delivery times, customer interactions, and any issues that arise during the process.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments, delays, or service concerns.
  • Monitor the status of shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on delivery or pick-up statuses.
  • Resolve issues related to logistics, including delays, route changes, and customer complaints, and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary resources, equipment, and information for successful deliveries.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
