Ready to take the next step in your career with a supportive, family-like team? Staffmark has an exciting opportunity for a Packer at a leading plastics manufacturer in Muncie, IN. This Temp-to-Hire position is perfect for those looking to grow in a rewarding career!

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend); 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next.

Training: Initial training/orientation for 2-3 days from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the production of co-extruded sheets, ensuring accurate packing that meets quality and customer specifications.
  • Provide essential support to the line operator for daily manufacturing tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.




While prior experience is a plus, we're happy to train reliable candidates who are eager to learn!
