Systems Integration/Test Engineer Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job ID: #70406 Pay Range: $75-88/hr Duration: 12 months Minimum Interim Secret or active US secret clearance required before start. Summary Ability to Travel 10-20%. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Required Experience: 8 Years of experience authoring technical documentation 8 Years of experience with hands-on engineering of hardware that can include component, Circuit Card Assembly, Subsystems, or large systems. At least some experience as a team lead or event lead BS Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring Process Improvement and Affordability experience Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams Full Lifecycle Development Experience Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs Desired Experience: Test execution lead experience CAM and Schedule management Development program experience Missile Test experience Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
