Job Summary The Director of Interpreting Services is responsible for oversight and day-to-day management of a geographical area including At Home VRS, Community Interpreting and, potentially, a VRS Interpreting center. The Director recruits and trains new interpreters while working in tandem with the Work Force Management team to ensure proper staffing for interpreting needs. The Director is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism that both inspires and motivates employees. They ensure a high quality of service relevant to interpreters' skills and adherence to Sorenson standards. The Director manages administrative duties in support of their interpreters and their areas, enhances the efficiency of their area of operations, and provides interpreting services as applicable. The Director of Interpreting promotes the highest-quality customer service for Sorenson customers and consumers. Job Details Full time Benefits:
