Our Global Finance Practice Group is seeking to hire a resident attorney. Location is flexible. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in corporate, real estate, or commercial finance, securities, municipal finance, securitization, structured finance, or a combination of one or more of those areas. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
