Pay Range: $70,000-85,000

The role will be full time, hybrid work, including two days onsite in the Shelton CT office per week.

Job Summary:

The Paralegal will support senior management by providing clerical and legal research support services including document review, document creation; interacting with outside counsel and insurance carriers; research and fact checking.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Meets with outside counsel, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.

* Drafts legal documents including terms and conditions within contracts.

* Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to senior management.

* Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves contract files, which may include NDA, Service Agreements, exhibits, and other items.

* Assists outside counsel with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.

* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.

* Paralegal certificate required.

* Three to five years of related experience preferred.
