Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. About the role
Locations Include: Eau Claire, WI, Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL The Junior Key Account Manager will have the accountability to drive the customer strategy for Reckitt for Menards and Ace Hardware, executing business growth plans that create mutual category and brand value. By playing a key role in the Sales team, you will oversee the achievement of category and customer growth plans. Your responsibilities

Eau Claire WI or Minneapolis MN: USD $88,000.00 - $132,000.00 Chicago IL: USD $102,000.00 - $152,000.00 US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year. Equality
