As the Storeroom Supervisor, you will ensure the integrity and highest level of quality for all Ferrero products produced in the Franklin Park, IL plant. The Storeroom Supervisor will be in charge of managing all parts and tools for the Franklin Park plant. They will also need to have the ability to negotiate with distributors and vendors. SAP and experience with Finance and Communications are highly preferred.

This is 1st shift, 7AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be mandatory, including weekends when business needs arise.

• Define stock policy, manage obsolete or idle spare parts and assets
• Finance and Compliance reporting
• Work with multiple departments on ordering parts, tools, and chemicals
• Collaborating with Maintenance personnel
• Manage and track all KPI's
• Maintain proper security of the storeroom
• Coach and mentor employees about work-related issues
