Leadership Development Program

As part of the Leadership Development Program, the employee will participate in a two (2) year rotational program within GEODIS' Contract Logistics or Transportation Management divisions. All participants within the LDP will be required to work for 6 months in Operations (either warehouse or transportation). Two additional rotations will be selected based on the participant's previous experience, education, and career interests. The final rotation will be selected by the participant.
The LDP is broken up into two tracks: Contract Logistics and Transportation Management. The departments / rotations for each track are listed below:

* Within each rotation, the employee will learn and serve in various roles while honing their leadership and management skills

Requirements:
* Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering focus preferred
* Prior internship or co-op required
* Ability to effectively communicate process and technical concepts to a variety of audiences from entry level warehouse employee to executive level
* Ability to occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds
