Do you want to develop web applications that support the critical work of scientists, analysts, and administrators at the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources and the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets-teams dedicated to protecting Vermont's people, environment, and promoting the sustainable use of our natural resources? The Vermont Agency of Digital Services is seeking an IT Systems Developer IV to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing detailed program and functional specifications, and leading the development, testing, and deployment of web applications for both internal and external stakeholders. Work is performed in a standard office setting and there is considerable interaction with users and members of project teams requiring tact and diplomacy to balance competing views. Some travel may be required for which private means of transportation should be available. Work outside of regular work schedule may be anticipated. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science AND three (3) or more years of experience in computer or network support, programming or analysis, or database administration. OR Associate's degree in computer science or college-level coursework that includes 15 computer science credits AND five (5) or more years of experience in computer or network support, programming or analysis, or database administration. OR Eight (8) or more years of experience in computer or network support, programming or analysis, or database administration. Total Compensation
